Bob is graduate of East Carolina University in Greenville, NC where he earned a BSBA. He has over 40 years of experience in the insurance claim industry and has held various leadership positions up to General Claim Manager level.

He began his insurance carrier with Liberty Mutual Insurance Company in Brooklyn, N.Y. Bob then joined State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company in Winston-Salem, N.C. His career took him throughout North Carolina, Virginia and eventually to Southern California. He joined Auto Club Enterprises in 2003 in Costa Mesa, California.

During his career, Bob has been led units in all aspect of the claims process including, Early Response, Auto Physical Damages, Casualty and Subrogation. He has also been actively involved in training and presentations for California State University, Fullerton, NASP and CPCU Chapters.

Bob earned his CPCU designation in 1995, his CLU designation in 2002 and ChFC designation in 2011. Bob is member of the Orange Empire Chapter of CPCU.
